How does a Pilates Programme Work...? |

There are two ways of learning Pilates |
Mat-work and Equipment-work. Pilates InFusion offers private lessons using both. |
The training consists of one:one, one:two or Studio Sessions where your teacher will work with you to achieve your own unique fitness goals using gently challenging and unique exercises. |
It is not competitive; your strength and ability is improved gradually with each session at your own pace, in your own time. |
You will be encouraged to do ‘homework’ and to attend a session at least once a week. (Remember, you only get out of it what you put in). |
Following this, depending on how well your body is responding to your personal programme, you may continue to have weekly 1:1 sessions and gradually decrease it to Studio Sessions. |
It is advisable to continue having a monthly or bi-monthly 1:1 just so your teacher can supervise your progress and to change your programme periodically.
This will not only ensure your continued improvement but also continue to keep you challenged!
