What will you gain in a session?
Whether one:one or two:one, we will work with you to help you achieve your own unique fitness goals using gently and progressively challenging and unique exercises.
It is not competitive; your strength and ability are improved gradually with each session at your own pace, in your own time.
You will be encouraged to practice at home and to attend a session at least once a week. (Remember, you only get out of it what you put into it).
Following this, depending on how well your body is responding to your personal programme, you will be progressed to ever more challenging exercises, maybe using the Reformer or the Wall Frame or other Studio Equipment.
This will not only ensure your continued improvement but also continue to keep you challenged and interested..!
